Commercial Lines Account Executive

Commercial Lines Account Executives at Dimond Bros. Insurance, LLC work closely with Commercial Lines Sales Executives and our carrier partners in placing new business and servicing existing customers, while maintaining strong relationships with all involved parties.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain confidential information and documentation within the agency management system while following procedures and processes
• Work with current clients to review necessary items for renewals of expiring policies
• Submit claims
• Provide high quality service including responding to requests for change endorsements, proof of insurance, and coverage questions
• Create proposals and summaries
• Review all items for accuracy

Desired Qualifications:

• Strong PC skills, with the ability to effectively utilize the agency's management systems and Microsoft software products
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, changing environment
• Pro-active, with the initiative to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• High-level customer service, organization, and attention to detail
• Property and Casualty Producers License preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
