Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to:

· Processes incoming vendor invoices and employee expense reports

· Processes vendor payments and runs associated reports using accounting software

· Completes month end accrual journal entries

· Reconciliation of vendor statements

· Reconciliation of system generated accrued receipts

· Process bi-weekly payroll using payroll software

· Observe all company rules and policies, i.e. safety, 5S, attendance

· Participate and work in a team atmosphere

· Maintain high productivity and quality workmanship

· Suggest procedure improvements that improve quality, productivity, and reduce cost

· Other duties and responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

· High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 1-2 years related experience and/or

training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 2 year Associates Degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.

· ERP experience.

· Ability to learn and retain new concepts.

· Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written and/or

oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized

situations.

· Ability to work cooperatively with others in a team environment
