RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Participate in weekly reporting of KPIs
- Partner with the team to facilitate system optimizations and reporting
- Prepare in-depth financial analyses, including sales trends, market test initiatives, guest survey analytics, etc.
- Help maintain financial models to forecast future performance and assess the financial viability of new store openings.
- Conduct variance analysis and present key findings.
- Perform ad-hoc benchmark analyses and deep dives to inform business growth strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another analytical discipline is strongly preferred
- 2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis preferred
- Restaurant or retail experience is preferred
- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
- Exposure to Statistics / Data science
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver accurate results in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Positive and professional attitude with a "can-do" approach
