The role of the Senior Government Proposal Pricing Analyst is pivotal in leading proposal pricing initiatives. This position entails overseeing the development of Cost/Price Volumes for diverse federal clients, aligning with FAR, DFARS, State and Local regulations, as well as company policy and protocol. The ideal candidate will be tasked with crafting price proposals, researching direct labor rates, constructing intricate pricing models, writing cost narratives, and ensuring overall compliance with government solicitations.
In this capacity, the preferred candidate will provide vital support to the Diné Development Corporation (DDC) pricing department, functioning under the guidance of the Pricing Manager. The primary focus of the Senior Government Proposal Pricing Analyst will revolve around the production of Cost/Price Volumes for complex price proposals. This involves meticulously reviewing Request for Proposals (RFPs), establishing pertinent cost and pricing data as per government RFP guidelines, analyzing and communicating these requisites to senior management, preparing comprehensive cost volumes (including cost proposals and narratives), maintaining proposal documentation and associated files, as well as collaborating with subcontractors concerning the proposal process.
