Primary Responsibility for this Position: 1. Support & uphold the philosophy of Catholic education and the mission of St. Louis Guanella by adhering to the policies and procedures of the Diocese of Providence.2. Establish and maintain a healthy and trusting learning environment, fostering nurturing relationships with students.
3. Design, plan, and implement learning experiences for ELA4. Guide students in their social-emotional development, maintaining expectations and support for the positive and productive student behavior.5. Ability to creatively and successfully engage students of different abilities, and exhibit authenticity as a person comfortable sharing and growing in faith, love, and service6.
Familiar with Google Classroom and the ability to integrate classroom technology7. Regularly communicate with families about classroom happenings and student progress.8. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and academic progress9.
