Experience: - Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred. - Strong communication skills, including proficiency in Spanish, are highly desirable. - Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals. - Experience in outside sales or telemarketing is an advantage. - Familiarity with benefits administration and sales administration processes is beneficial.
