Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced executive with a firm understanding of the inner workings of BioMed and Supply Chain departments within large health systems. The ideal candidate will drive growth through proactive sales strategies, enhance our service offerings, and expand our market presence. This role demands a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of healthcare asset management and build enduring relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate leads and secure new business within the Texas healthcare sector.
  • Leverage existing relationships within the health systems sector to identify and secure new business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to integrate Direct Bids' solutions into the operational workflows of healthcare partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored proposals that meet the unique needs of healthcare partners.
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of health systems.
  • Represent Direct Bids at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our brand and services.
  • Provide strategic insights and market feedback to the CEO and executive team.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with a proven track record of selling services to hospital executives.
  • Extensive network of contacts within the health systems sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Firm understanding of the healthcare asset management landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
