Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN – Home Health) – Lanacaster, PA
Location: Lanacaster, PA
Job Summary: The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide direct patient care services to hospice patients and supportive care to the patient's family; manage an interdisciplinary group consisting of Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, Certified Nursing Assistants and support staff to enhance the quality of hospice care; and, case manages all assigned patient clinical records.
Details:
- Contract Duration: 13 weeks
- Hours: 40 hours per week
- Shift: Days (M-F 0830-1700 one weekend per 4 weeks (0830-1700))
Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE 2 years recent Home Health experience.
- BLS certifications required
- RNs license in CA
