Systems Administrator

Direct Technologies and Workplace IT Manangement is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Systems Administrator to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. The Systems Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technological systems, as well as providing technical support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect company data
• Manage network infrastructure, including switches, routers, and firewalls
• Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of systems
• Provide technical support and training to end users

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 3 years of experience in system administration
• Proficiency in Windows and Linux operating systems
• Strong knowledge of networking and security principles
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
