Job Description:
This position exists to provide sales support to Ownership and Director of Sales and Operations, and is responsible for developing and delivering annual sales growth in compliance with the strategic plan of the company. This position is compensated with a base salary plus incentives.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Manage the Sales Team
- Implement strategy to gain new distribution
- Review and maintain existing customers
- Forecast Sales
- Responsible for developing and training the sales channel
- Works with all internal departments in support of sales activities
- Maintain existing business levels
- Suggesting new product lines, following trends in the industry
- Health Insurance
- Paid Vacation (1 week after first year of service and two weeks after third year worked)
- Paid Holidays (Average of 7 per year)
- 401K match after 1 year of service
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have great sales experience, critical thinking skills, professionalism, confidence, eagerness to learn, and be bilingual with excellent written and influential communication skills.
