Direct Counsel is seeking an experienced Intake Specialist for a boutique Personal Injury law firm located in Century City, CA. Fluent in Spanish is required.
Responsibilities
- Conduct intake interviews with potential clients, gathering necessary information for evaluation.
- Assist in evaluating potential cases for viability and eligibility.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the intake process.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and case information.
- Collaborate with legal team members to ensure seamless transition of cases.
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in Personal Injury intake.
- Fluent in Spanish, both verbal and written.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
- $22-$27/hour, commensurate with experience.
