Direct Counsel has partnered with a well-respected boutique Commercial Litigation law firm who is seeking a seasoned attorney to join their team.Qualifications:
Benefits:
Job Type: Full-time and onsite
Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
- A minimum of 2-years of commercial/civil litigation experience
- CA Bar License
- Must have knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures
- Must have Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology
- 2 years or more of Trial Experience
- Proficiency in WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions and Essential forms would be helpful
- Knowledge of bankruptcy law is a PLUS
- Must be reliable and detail oriented
- Strong work ethic
