We have an immediate opening for a commercial HVAC & Plumbing Project Estimator. Project Estimators research, prepare, and submit to our clients' competitive bids for new commercial HVAC and Plumbing construction projects across the Aerospace, Education, Entertainment, Hospitals and Transportation markets. The ideal candidate has interest or background in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Our company is being recognized as one of the largest commercial mechanical and plumbing Design-Build contractors in California, and one of the safest in the United States.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare competitive project proposals for commercial HVAC, plumbing and piping projects

• Thorough review of project-scope documentation

• Attend scheduled job walks

• Complete material take-offs, collect pricing, prepare estimates

• Communicate with external and internal project partners

• Hit key milestones and submission deadlines

Key Competencies:

• HVAC, Plumbing and Piping project estimation experience

• Familiarity with digital project-estimation platforms

• QuickPen experience preferred

• Proficient with Microsoft Office: Outlook/Word/Excel
