Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to join our friendly and collaborative team in an outpatient setting. This role involves working with a diverse patient population, including opportunities to collaborate with specialty teams in neurology, geriatrics, orthopedics, pediatrics, sports therapy, women's health, vestibular/balance, oncology, and low vision.
Primary Responsibilities:Patient Evaluation and Treatment Planning:
- Conduct initial evaluations for new patients.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set patient-specific goals.
- Implement comprehensive patient care programs.
Therapeutic Techniques:
- Utilize a range of therapeutic techniques for rehabilitating patients with speech, language, hearing, and swallowing disorders.
- Provide high-quality care for a variety of rehabilitation diagnoses.
Patient Engagement:
- Ensure a positive patient experience through effective engagement and progressive treatment methods.
- Maintain excellent verbal and written communication with patients and the healthcare team.
Evidence-Based Practice:
- Promote and apply evidence-based practices in patient care.

- Licensure: Current Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) license in the state of Florida.
- Certification: Valid hands-on CPR/BLS Certification.
