Pay Range: $70000-75000k/year.

Operations Specialist / Project Admin Job SummaryUnder general supervision responsible for reporting, administration, and project management for the assigned operations and deployment team. The employee will be handling project creation, invoicing to customers, email correspondence and AR functions.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Responsible for managing all administrative functions related to the day to day office activities associated with current/upcoming This would include, but not limited to; customer set up, job set up, change order set up, and billing requests.
- Develop and establish a global process surrounding project and customer responsibilities including project creation, new customer setup, AR reporting, customer billings, collections, and cash collections.
- Support operations team with customer and project setup in PCMX.
- Own project billing and customer collection, escalate issues as
- Develop and maintain weekly AR and cash forecasting reporting. Provide status updates on AR collections and work with operations team on aged AR
- Maintain, issue and track invoices to budget and provide recommendation for cost
- Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by
- 3-5 years of experience supporting finance and operations functions within a corporate/construction
- Experience working within multiple systems
- Experience obtaining and disseminating system information to key stakeholders throughout various departments.
- Experience with construction
- Intermediate to advanced skills working within Excel (pivot tables, Sum if, VLOOKUP).
- Ability to communicate across multiple organizations and
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and organize effectively to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of business terms
- Proven track record in operations and finance
- Ability to read and interpret policy and process documentation and methods and procedures
Bachelor's degree in business
This predetermined pay range is based on market research in the local area for the job title specified.
The range is base pay only. Compensation can vary outside of the mentioned range depending on qualifications, skills, location, education, further training, etc. This role may be eligible for additional benefits and/or discretionary bonuses/incentives.
