Roles and Responsibilities:

· Estimate budgets for projects.

· Schedule work utilizing Primavera P6 software - Mandatory.

· Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

· Developing project scopes / objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.

· Ensure resource availability and allocation.

· Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.

· Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.

· Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.

· Report and escalate to management as needed.

· Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.

· Perform risk management to minimize project risks.

· Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.

· Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

· This PM will help on awarded jobs and also help with bidding new jobs.

Key Must Have’s:

degree is mandatory as follows:

4-year degree in construction, program management or engineering and then 3 years of Program Manager experience.

OR

4-year degree in a non-related field and 5 years in program management/Program Management experience

Ideally, experienced in underground type construction work OR candidates from Electrical Contractor companies with PM experience

Primavera P6 software Mandatory.

Good Time management skill set

MS access a plus

MS Office Suite AND MS Project – Mandatory

PMP Certification is a plus.

Good customer experience in creating and building customer relationships

Good skill set In scoping jobs, managing jobs, managing budgets, financial analyzation of projects, developing schedules and making sure jobs are done on time.

Help manager both vendors and customers.
