MUST have experience with Caterpillar and Engineering Service Sales

The Client Partner would be responsible for the entire global relationship and P&L of an ‘Anchor’ / ‘Captive’ accounts and will be overseeing all current and new initiatives.

· Manage overall client relationship at CxO level, bringing thought leadership as a trusted Advisor.

· Lead and Manage all Solicited proposal responses for new Business in a professional and timely manner. Develop plans and proposals to meet the Business Objectives quarter on quarter

· Leverage existing Customer relationships and build new relationships with Influencers and decision-makers at all levels.

· Work closely with the Key Members in the Customer's Larger team and the Company's Delivery Team to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded and resultant CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) score.

· Advise the Client on some of the emerging technologies in the area of Design, Engineering, Manufacturing, Automated Cars, Connected Vehicles, Embedded Electronics, Industry 4.0, ADAS etc. Develop confidence at the client’s end about our client’s capabilities in these technologies and how it can be deployed effectively at client side.

· Driving business and streamlining operations ensuring a self-sustained organization.

· Managing large scale engagements across multiple locations ensuring a consistent gross margin at unit level.

· Plan, build, & implement sales strategy to achieve sales targets for the account.

· Develop and implement the strategy to meet growth targets including assisting with putting the building blocks as necessary. Areas to growth horizontally and vertically in the account.

· Develop and implement the strategic plan for the account, with input from all internal and external stakeholders.

· Identify and Lead Unsolicited Strategic Campaigns that create value for the Account.

· Credited with altering employee behaviors - transforming teams into a unit of highly charged and productive associates.

· Focus on building innovation into services offered reducing the total cost of ownership.
