Position: Litigation Paralegal
Location: Wilmington, DE
Full Time: Yes (Hybrid) (2 days in office, 3 days remote)
Salary: $70,000-$100,000 Full Benefits Bonus
We are a Top Ranked National Law Firm! We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal for our Wilmington office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assisting in drafting legal documents
• Preparing and filing documents using Lexis File and Serve
• Organizing and managing electronic case files
• Developing and maintaining case checklists, calendars, and timetables, and distributing information to team members and external counsel
• Supporting trial preparation activities
• Drafting and filing various legal documents

Skills:

• Excellent organizational and communication skills with a positive, high-energy attitude
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and other internal software applications
• Ability to interpret legal concepts and procedures related to the practice areas
• Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program required
• Experience with Delaware Court of Chancery trials preferred
• Over 5 years of experience in a prominent AmLaw 100 firm or premier Delaware corporate litigation boutique
