Well established business management firm has immediate Full Charge Bookkeeper Account Manager position.
This person will manage and maintain the books of various entertainment clients assigned. They will record transactions within established systems and procedures, help prepare financial reports and forecasts, keep clients financial, personnel, and/or personal records, communicate with clients on a one-on-one basis, and direct and review the work of assistants.
Ideal Candidate: Must have at least 3-5 years of business management experience with strong customer service skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 including Excel required, plus experience with Ajilink or QuickBooks. The ideal candidate also offers excellent time management skills, communication skills, and the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
