This position will be a part of a clinical team paired with a case manager addressing the mental health needs of children who have come to the attention of the Pinellas County School System to be housing unstable and in need of emotional or other clinical care and support. This position will provide brief treatment to children and adults in the family unit, while working to achieve housing stability. This is a field based position with no opportunity for remote or work from home. Directions for Living is an essential services provider. All Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation.EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS:
Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work or related field required.
Minimum of 2 years counseling experience
Knowledge of DSM-IV and ICD-9 diagnostic codes.
