We are growing and are currently searching for an experienced, detail-oriented, and responsible Lettershop Operator to join the Direct One team!

Evening shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm

Pay: Commensurate with Experience

Position Requirements:

• Operate letter-shop equipment, including inkjetters and inserters, at the direction of the Production Manager. (previous experience required)
• Read, understand, and follow USPS Postal paperwork.
• Properly bundle, tray, and palletize outbound mail.
• Ability to lift and move 50-75 pounds consistently without any restrictions.
• Have a high energy, positive, friendly, and team-oriented personality.
• Possess an eye for detail as the last line of quality control in the production process.
• Display a mechanical aptitude as it relates to setting up, calibrating, troubleshooting, and performing minor maintenance tasks on lettershop equipment.

• Bend, crouch, squat, twist repeatedly during the course of the shift
• Have a high school or GED equivalent (preferred)
• Be able to pass a background check and drug test.
• Be authorized to work in the US
