About the Position:

As a Telephonic Patient Care Coordinator, you will be at the forefront of educating and assisting patients with their healthcare needs. Your responsibilities encompass a diverse range of tasks, with a primary focus on delivering high-quality patient care and support telephonically. This role is based 100% in-office, featuring a Monday-Friday schedule with alternating weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a vital liaison for DirectRx, calling patients to ensure they receive comprehensive pharmacy services.
• Accurate and thorough input of patient data.
• Engage in comprehensive communication with patients regarding therapy.
• Schedule initial fills and refills with patients and caregivers.
• Respond promptly to patient needs.
• Educate patients on compliance as necessary.
• Support the transfer of patient prescriptions as directed by the pharmacist.
