DirectViz Solutions is a high-level, strategic consulting services firm that meets mission IT needs for government clients. We are looking to hire a Senior Help Desk Support Specialist for a new 5 year contract in Huntsville, AL. This position requires an active Secret clearance.

Job Description**:**

The Senior Help Desk Support Specialist will be responsible for providing second-tier support to end-users for PC, server, mainframe applications, and hardware. Handles problems that the first-tier of help desk support is unable to resolve. May interact with network services, software systems engineering, and/or applications development to restore service and/or identify and correct core problem. Simulates or recreates user problems to resolve operating difficulties. Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems. Maintains currency and highest level of technical skill in field of expertise.

Requirements:

Certifications: Security CE, A , and Windows 10 Desktop Support Technician (70-685), or Windows 10 Configuring (70-680), or Troubleshoot & Support Windows 10 in the Enterprise (MS-6293)

Education: MA/MS degree with 10 yrs. experience or BA/BS degree with w/12 yrs. experience
