* **Must have a reliable source of transportation to and from shifts**

* **Must be at least 18 years of age**

* **Previous experience preferred**

**Duties**

* **Understand and maintain operational policies and procedures**

* **Ensure that experience standard and operational systems are executed properly**

* **Ensure compliance with federal and state requirements**

* **Take customer orders in-person and over the phone**

* **Ensure proper sanitation procedures**

* **Operates POS system**

* **Understands how to prepare and serve the food**

* **Ordering and stocking**

* **Must be able to carry at least 40 lbs**

* **Basic knowledge of what is being prepared**

* **Basic knowledge of quality serving standards**

* **Ensure safety standards are maintained while food is being cooked**

* **Provide an exceptional experience for customers through interaction and meeting expectations**

* **Works well independently**
