Job Title: Dirty Dough Assistant Manager

Position Overview: We're seeking skilled and motivated individuals to assist in overseeing the operations of our Dirty Dough Food Truck and the brick and mortar store. This assistant manager position will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness while managing a team of dedicated staff. This role offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, energetic environment and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of food truck and store operations, including food preparation, cooking, serving, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Provide exceptional customer service and foster a positive dining experience for guests.
• Train, supervise, and motivate staff to deliver outstanding performance and uphold company standards.
• Help with scheduling and other administrative tasks under the direction of the General Manager.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the equipment in both the food truck and store.
• Monitor sales and expenses, implement cost-saving measures, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in the food service industry, with at least 1-2 years of managerial experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Enthusiasm for food and dedication to delivering exceptional quality and service.
• Ability to drive and tow our food truck.
