*Overview* We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. This role is pivotal in providing support to both staff and clients, enhancing overall productivity and fostering a positive office atmosphere. *Duties* - Manage office operations, including scheduling, correspondence, and supply management. - Oversee calendar management for executives and team members, ensuring efficient use of time. - Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. - Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other software tools for financial tracking. - Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming and outgoing communications. - Assist with proofreading documents to ensure clarity and professionalism in all communications. - Act as a personal assistant to executives as needed, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements. - Support the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary resources. *Experience* - Proven experience in an office management role or similar position is preferred. - Bilingual skills are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. - Strong computer literacy with proficiency in office software applications. - Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks is advantageous. - Experience managing phone systems and providing customer support is beneficial. - Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining high standards of work quality.
