What We Are Looking For In Our Next Team Member
We are seeking a skilled Restoration Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, specializing in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration.

• Proven experience in the restoration industry
• Proficiency in water damage restoration, mold remediation, and fire restoration
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Solid written and verbal communication skills, including, but not limited to, proper pronunciation and correct use of grammar.
• Able to build rapport with individuals in high stress situations; ability to show empathy
• Time management skills; able to effectively prioritize and plan.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Able to thrive in a fast – paced work environment.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Available to respond to emergency calls after hours, including weekends (on-call schedule in place)
• IICRC Certification
