At Disc Replay, we buy and sell video games, movies, electronics, and collectibles. Our customers bring us cool stuff all day long.

We pay cash on the spot to buy their stuff and then we resell it to others. Disc Replay is a great environment to be in for video gamers, movie buffs, and those into pop culture.

As a Team Member, you would be responsible for both buying and selling product from customers. As part of buying product, you'll learn how to evaluate and price all the products we purchase.

As part of selling, you'll be responsible for answering customer questions, making recommendations, and ensuring customers have a positive experience.

This is not a desk job. You'll be on your feet all day, every day, constantly interacting and engaging with team members and customers.

Disc Replay stores buy a lot of product, so you'll need to learn how to test and evaluate a lot of items, which will require a lot of attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform sales and buy transactions with our customers, focusing on the customer-experience and leaving a good impression
• Help customers find product on the floor
• Foster a positive, productive environment with your team and customers
• Foster a team culture that embraces our 7 Core Values
• Embrace change, take risks, and try new ideas to help our store grow and evolve

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• A friendly, positive personality
• Prior retail experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Able to stand for long periods of time and safely lift 50lbs without assistance
