- Create a standardized, predictive metrics that Disco can use to grow its business and better provide guidance to our brands
- Create data visualizations and present actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Maximize the value of Disco’s data to ensure that we are always delivering for our customers and giving them recommendations to get the best results
- Evaluate experiments in a variety of disciplines in conjunction with engineers and product
- Help to create a standardized experiment structure that Disco can rely on to increase its velocity to market.
- Partner with internal teams, especially Product and Engineering to evolve our offerings
- Partner with external customers to aid in evaluating Disco as a partner in their funnel and understand their spend better on Disco.
- Stay current on industry developments and serve as an analytical and technical thought partner for stakeholders
- BA/BS in a quantitative field (such as Engineering, Science, or Mathematics) or work experience a related position or field
- Experience working with multiple data platform components, including data visualization/reporting tools, data transformation systems (Dagster, dbt), and data warehouses
- Being part of a small team that has a great amount of independence in deciding priority of work
- Experience with SQL and relational database modeling
- Experience with Python and data science with Python is a huge plus
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage project timelines
- Understanding of online advertising ecosystem and performance metrics
- Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills
