Technical Support - Repair Technician

Position Details: We are looking for a Computer Technician for our warranty service. We are looking for candidates who are both technically capable, highly customer oriented, and can integrate with a well-established team environment. You will also be responsible for being a support line for technical issues for our customers and being able to provide solutions to resolve them. We are looking for a technician with good technical knowledge and who can communicate effectively to understand the problem and explain its solution to the end user.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance via phone or email.
• Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
• Walk the customer through the problem-solving process.
• Follow-up and update customer status and information.
• Troubleshoot computer-related problems, providing timely solutions or escalating complex issues to the appropriate team.

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10, and Windows 11.
• Good understanding of computer hardware. Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
• Proven experience as a help desk technician or other customer support role.
• Possess advanced knowledge of computers and their hardware components to troubleshoot and provide accurate guidance to customers.
• Reliable and punctual, with a positive and customer-centric attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
