You will be working in, and running the operations of, one of our studios and you will be responsible for the 6 following key roles/responsibilities:
1. Leading, managing, and holding others accountable.
2. Ensuring excellence and consistency from your staff around our workout experience.
3. Ensuring excellence and consistency from your staff around our customer service.
4. Delivering world-class training experiences as an Exercise Physiologist.
5. Manage Sales Team delivering 70% closing percentage.
6. Owning the physical plant; when there’s a leak you’re calling the plumber, hiring a repair man when a machine breaks down, making sure the facility is cleaned daily, and everything in between.

Details/benefits:
● 4 year Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or a related field is required
● Work 40-45 hours 5 days/week
● On your feet, training clients for 20-25 hours per week
● 401k with company match, health insurance, PTO, and a paid sabbatical program
● Expect to earn a minimum of $60,000 (non-exempt) in your first year (with bonus opportunities for an additional $5,000-$10,000 in year one).
By year 3 you will have the opportunity to earn compensation of over $90,000 including bonuses.
