We are looking for someone who is motivated by communicating with people, growing accounts and building relationships to work as part of a successful dynamic, team. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, a great communicator and has superior people skills.

The ideal candidate will enjoy helping our travel partners to become top performers, nurturing relationships and helping them to grow their business. This individual will have ownership of a portfolio and will bring ideas and will be proactive to understand the business partners and how to create revenue. The perfect candidate will be driven by creating loyalty with their partners and monitoring the accounts growth and development. They will be consultative and thoughtful about sales. They must be comfortable presenting products or services over the phone as well as handling objections and discussing any complaints the travel agents may have.

The successful candidate will be offered support and training from a nurturing company and team so will be excited to develop and grow as a salesperson. They will be provided the tools and the data to help lead them to success.

Responsibilities:

- Generate revenue and drive growth by managing relationships, negotiations, training, marketing with top accounts

- Utilize consultative sales techniques to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively negotiate agreements and maintain strong client relationships

- Show reliability and punctuality in meeting client expectations and delivering on commitments

- Stay updated with industry trends, market insights, and competitor activities to provide informed recommendations

- Develop and execute effective sales strategies, including cross-selling and upselling opportunities

- Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience

- Be willing to travel regularly to visit clients and attend industry events as necessary

- Display dedication to achieving exemplary results and meeting or exceeding sales targets

- Provide detailed reporting on sales activities and revenue forecasts

- Conduct opportunity analysis to identify potential growth areas and recommend actionable strategies

- Prepare a detailed, prioritized sales plan on a quarterly basis to effectively cover all account opportunities in your portfolio

- Execute the plan with minimal deviation , feeding back to leadership any issues forcing diversion from plan

Required Skills:

- Proven experience in consultative sales and account management, preferably in the travel industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable agreements/development plans to effectively drive revenue growth

- Solid understanding of the travel industry, including current trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences

- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales plans, including cross-selling and upselling initiatives

- Team player with the ability to collaborate and coordinate efforts with internal stakeholders

- Flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industryand client events

- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets

- Attention to detail and ability to generate accurate and insightful sales reports

- Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify growth opportunities and devise strategic plans

- Open to continuous learning & improvement. Curious & flexible.

Required Experience:

At least 2 years of successful sales experience, ideally related to the travel industry.
