WHAT'S YOUR DAY LIKE?

This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule.

Picture your day as a Certified Behavior Analyst - BCBA at Discovery ABA! You'll begin by coordinating and providing program services under the guidance of the Regional Clinic Director. You will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of direct services. You will also build strong relationships with guardians, setting the stage for future learning and independence. Collaborating seamlessly with our interdisciplinary team, you'll ensure continuity of care, providing staff training, mentorship, and RBT supervision.

WHAT'S NEEDED FROM A CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST - BCBA?

Here's what you need to become our Board Certified Behavior Analyst :

• A BCBA license
• A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to design and implement effective behavior intervention programs
• Analytical skills in collecting and graphing behavioral data
• Dedication to maintaining compliance with all agency policies and procedures
