Clinical Director Role at Discovery:

We are seeking a Clinical Director with strong leadership skills to join and lead our rapidly growing New Jersey team and make a difference!

Your responsibilities will include:

• Oversee and manage the clinical operations in New Jersey.
• Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures with the guidance of our VP of Clinical Services and Expansion.
• Provide clinical supervision and support to BCBAs and RBT staff.
• Conduct assessments and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
• Ensure compliance with ABA industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals involved in client care.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Train and mentor clinical staff on best practices and ABA techniques.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of client sessions and progress.
• Participate in team meetings, case conferences, and professional development activities.

Settings:

• Hybrid options available

Compensation:

$75K-$110K Depending on experience. 

Qualifications:

• Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required
• 4 years of experience in the ABA field
• Leadership experience a plus
• Administrative experience a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
