Compensation range starts at $93,000 per year

The RN Nurse Manager is responsible for administrative duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or Chief Operating Officer to include scheduling the other RN's and LVNs and ensuring coverage of any gaps in nursing coverage. The Nurse Manager is responsible for completing assigned administrative duties. The lead nurse will be responsible for case management services to include follow up appointments, lab services, arranging for psychiatric services while admitted, arrangement for pharmacy copay coverage, prior authorization coordination, FMLA/Short term disability coordination.
