About The Role
- Manage and oversee the project lifecycle from conception to completion.
- Work with product managers, engineers and designers to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Lead and coordinate with multiple scrum teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and progress.
- Identify and resolve any issues that may impede the success of the project.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of software development and project management principles.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the education technology sector (preferred).
- Familiarity with Discovery Education's business model and objectives (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
