Key Responsibilities
- Greet all members formally by using their surname.
- Conduct financial transactions (operate the cash register and count back change) or charge to Member Accounts properly via POS system.
- Keep the market areas and grab and go items neat, organized, and well stocked.
- Complete daily task lists for opening and closing procedures.
- Store outlet food properly and according to food safety guidelines.
- Prepare quality products including coffee and non-coffee beverages with the use of an espresso machine, blenders, and other equipment assisting in beverage preparation.
- May be asked to help relay food or beverage orders to kitchen when necessary.
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) desirable.
- Prior experience in customer service, guest service, or general cash handling roles preferred.
- Prior experience with Residential, HOA and/or large expansive resort communities preferred.
- Prior F&B point of sale (POS) experience desirable.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver service to members, guests, and team members.
- Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Long hours may be required due to business demands.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to stay calm and focused during the busiest of times.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; additional languages preferred.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the position including, but not limited to, working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions, standing, walking, and moving for periods of greater than eight (8) hours, and lifting and carrying items sometimes greater than fifty (50) pounds.
