The Discovery Tree in Woodlyn, PA is Hiring a Part Time Assistant Teacher Near Woodlyn, PA
$14.50 to $16.38 per hour (based on qualifications)
We are seeking cheerful, professional part-time Assistant Teacher for our educational child care program serving children ages 3 months through 5 years.
The following shifts are available Monday through Friday, year-round:
12:00 pm to 6:00 pm
and
1:45 pm to 6:00 pm
The Assistant Teacher is responsible for the care and education of a group of children as part of a teaching team. The Assistant Teacher helps facilitate activities and, with active participation of other members of the teaching team, works with parents and assesses the needs of individual children.
Candidates must have a minimum of two years experience working with young children. CDA or College Credits in Early Childhood Education or related field are a plus. We appreciate eagerness to learn new knowledge and skills to support young children’s development
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.38 per hour
