* **Roles/Responsibilities:**
Interpret a creative brief and execute required deliverables
Prepare, assemble, and produce retail guides per company standards and templates
Work closely with Retail Creative Design Manager and Director to provide status updates and touch bases on creative direction of projects
Work hand in hand with Ops partners to deliver projects on time and per intention
Communicate with internal partners in Retail Marketing, 3rd Party Retail, and Franchise to ensure goals are met and relevant assets are used to complete work.
Gather and reflect feedback from Design Manager, Director, and Franchise partners
Review of licensee created retail
Assist with additional design needs for style guides, art packs, print on demand and branding across our evergreen and theatrical properties.
**Basic Qualifications:**
3 years graphic design experience specific to physical retail design and digital/ ecommerce
Excellent project management skills
Able to manage and design projects independently
Critical thinking in order to prioritize and manage projects of varying deadlines and scope.
Expert in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign, and Acrobat)
Zendesk project management skills a plus
Knowledge of Marvel characters a plus
**Required Education**
BA / BS Degree or relevant work experience **Additional Information:**
