The role of Production Designer is part of DTG’s Creative Services department providing layout design with a primary focus on DTG’s Licensing business and additional support for the Brand and Marketing teams.
A successful candidate must have a depth of creative knowledge, tasteful design aesthetic, excellent communication skills and proven experience producing high quality content. The main responsibilities of this role will focus on the production layout and graphic design of printed materials for Disney’s catalogue of stage musicals developed for elementary and middle school aged students, amateur theatre productions, professional theatre productions and other materials to support the growing theatrical licensing business.
The ideal candidate is highly skilled in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop who possesses a creative and collaborative spirit.

The hiring range for this position in New York is $63,300 to $81,800 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.Full Time
