The Pricing Integration Analyst supports the Pricing Integration Manager in driving the management and execution of pricing and promotional strategies based on detailed knowledge of business insights and analytics for Theme Parks and Resorts. The Pricing Integration Analyst supports all daily activities to ensure price change initiatives and requests are implemented promptly.

This role reports to the Pricing Integration Manager.

This is a 6-Month Project Hire position without any guarantee of permanent placement.

This is a Part-Time role.

What You Will Do:

• In partnership with the leader & Revenue Management Pricing team, develop clear and consistent strategies to achieve annual pricing objectives for domestic Theme Parks and Resorts.

• Partner with Visual Merchandising to design, execute and communicate in store signage.

• Establish price guardrails and partner with Store Operations to understand challenges and develop solutions.

• Provide timely communication on all price changes to partners across the organization.

• Partner with Distribution Center on all re-ticketing needed at the Distribution Centers.

• Evaluate price change performance to help influence future decisions.

• Build effective partnerships with key stakeholders across the broader organization. Work strategically with these partners to leverage efforts and provide efficiency where possible.

• Understands and utilizes tools available to achieve growth and profitability objectives.

• Input Ticket Type in PLM for all US Parks items.

• Act as subject matter expert for all ticket type and retail signage requirements.

• Walk stores regularly.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years of merchandise planning experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft tools & Business Objects

• Strong financial and analytical skills.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including comfort with executive-level presentations.

• Detailed orientation with strong organizational skill.

• Demonstrated positive attitude with ability to be responsive to feedback and pivot based on changing organizational priorities.

• Flexible and adaptable with demonstrated ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Resourceful with ability to prioritize, problem solve and make decisions.

• Strong ability to collaborate with peers and partners.
