Position Overview:

Are you ready to make a mark in the ever-evolving cannabis industry? We're seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Account Manager to be the linchpin of our client success. This role is perfect for someone with a robust background in account management, exceptional communication prowess, and an insatiable curiosity for learning. As our Account Manager, you’ll navigate the exciting landscape of cannabis marketing, driving innovative strategies and building enduring client relationships. This is a hands-on, in-office position from Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, at our buzzing Las Vegas headquarters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be the heartbeat of client relationships, serving as the go-to contact for our portfolio of cannabis dispensary clients.
• Foster and maintain powerful, long-term client connections.
• Dive deep into client needs and goals, crafting marketing strategies that deliver exceptional results.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver marketing services, with a strong emphasis on local SEO, alongside social media, content creation, and advertising.
• Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing clients with insightful and actionable recommendations.
• Oversee client budgets, ensuring timely and within-scope project delivery.
• Constantly seek growth opportunities within accounts, promoting additional services to maximize client success.

Recommended Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field and/or
• 3 years of account management experience, ideally within a marketing agency.
• Profound knowledge of the cannabis industry and its unique marketing challenges.
• Proven track record of managing multiple clients and projects seamlessly.
• Stellar organizational, problem-solving, and time management abilities.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Mastery of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, social media management tools, Google Analytics).
• A creative mindset with a passion for driving marketing excellence.
• Quick learner in a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
• Eager to learn, highly resourceful, and proactive.
