Finance Analyst – Agawam – Onsite – up to $70,000 - $95,000

The focus of your role here will be to work and partner with the Sales & Marketing teams to profitably grow the business.

Working with these teams you’ll be looking into the pricing analytics around product costs & profits, comparing to competitors.

Key topics of your role will cover Business Partnering, Analytics & Reporting, Forecasting & Budgeting and Data Management through Navision.

You’ll be someone who wants to take on more, there’s lots of scope to grow in this role and they aren’t looking for you to have done it all stepping in on day one.

This role sits in finance but has a strong business partnering element. Interacting with various difference departments and senior management the advantages of this engagement and face time with teams such as supply chain and logistics will broaden your knowledge further.

Working with these teams there might be times you need to push back when liaising with team managers on profitability and financial reporting.

Key requirements for the role include;

• Fully onsite working
• Minimum 1-3 years in an Accounting/ Analytical role ideally within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with pricing, reporting and variance analysis highly preferred
