Audit Manager

Join a Thriving Audit Team in North Naperville - Exceptional Culture, Flexible Schedule

In the world of auditing, where your work isn't just about the tasks—it's about the people and the culture that surround you.

I'm collaborating with a progressive firm currently with 45-50 professionals, as they expand their Audit team.

This firm stands out for its commitment to attracting and nurturing bright, pioneering talent in public accounting. They're not just looking to fill positions; they're dedicated to building a team that thrives and grows together. In my discussions with the Managing Partner, it's evident that the firm has already experienced significant organic growth, and they're eager to continue this trajectory with the addition of experienced professionals like you.

Their vision? Expand while maintaining a people-first culture. What does this look like on a day-to-day basis? It means prioritizing work-life balance with a commitment to fewer than 50 hours per week during busy seasons. It means creating opportunities for continuous professional development and improvement, ensuring that every team member has the chance to excel. And it means fostering a relaxed, family-oriented firm culture where your well-being—and that of your loved ones—is paramount.

Imagine a work environment where flexibility isn't just a buzzword but a reality. You'll have the option to work a hybrid or flexible schedule, spending a maximum of three days per week in the office or meeting clients, allowing you to achieve a better balance between your professional and personal life.

Ideal candidates will have a CPA or be actively pursuing one, with experience in auditing at least some Not-for-Profit and/or Manufacturing Construction clients.

You’ll find my number on my profile if you want to find out more before you hit apply. If you prefer, drop me a message, and we can pick up on there.

If you’ve reviewed this advert and you’re unsure whether to apply because you don’t have all the required experience, we still encourage you to hit that apply button. If this position isn’t quite right, I’ll likely have other Public Accounting positions that could be a good fit for you.
