HNW Tax Manager – Senior Managers - $120,000 - $160, 000 – hybrid/ remote with Illinois

Talking to the recruitment manager they've worked hard to get this right and the problem managers now have here is getting their staff to take enough PTO. The average is around 4-5 weeks a year this includes partners too. Working within a like-minded team and collaborative environment, when you're off the team step up and take care of your workload, just like you do for them when they’re jetting off.

They’ve worked hard to infuse work-life balance into the culture, which has seen the firm successfully capping the peak of busy season billable hours at 55.

With the off-season averaging around 40 hours a week and a flexible hybrid-remote schedule (for Illinois based candidates) to suit you, they've mastered what “Work-Life Balance” really means for its staff.

This 120-person firm is growing, through client referrals and great service we are looking for a seasoned Manager or Senior Manager to join their HNW team.

You’ll have expertise in private wealth engagements, particularly estate, gift & trust tax and UHNW & investment partnership.

You’ll enjoy mentoring younger staff, seeking ongoing learning, and providing exemplary client service.
