He emphasized what sets his firm apart because, let's be honest, every CPA firm out there is looking for Tax Managers right now.

He genuinely takes care of his staff. That's probably why some people have been with the firm for over 20 years. You’ll be paid well, and you won’t be stuck working ridiculous hours during the busy season. Some folks do 1400 hours a year, some do 1600—whatever fits your schedule and home life.

They offer a hybrid schedule. It’s flexible, but most people come into the office about 60% of the week.

The job leans a bit towards 1040 review and complex prep, but you’ll also handle several business clients.

It’s a small firm with less than 20 people, but their tech is top-notch, just like the bigger firms. You won’t be battling poor systems, so you can work efficiently.
