A Tysons based mid-sized firm is seeking a Corporate Attorney / Partner.
Serving clients across the D.C. metro area and throughout the nation, the firm is in growth mode and looking to double in size over the next five years.
A full-service firm, you’ll be supported by complementary practice groups including commercial real estate, commercial litigation, and finance.
You’ll be joining a high performing corporate business group staffed with “AV Preeminent” and “Super Lawyers” ranked attorneys.
You’ll benefit from a compensation model where you’ll earn up to 50% of your originations, as well as earning shared-origination credit for work passed to you.
Path to equity partner is also on the table.
You'll be supported by a well-staffed team, including billing and accounting managers, as well as business development and marketing support.
