Distinct are supporting a multi-practice legal firm with offices across the East Coast, seeking an Intellectual Property Attorney for their Philadelphia office. This is an ideal role for an attorney who wants exposure handling their own cases specialising in Patent prosecution across US and foreign patent applications, counselling on IP matters, and supporting IP licensing and litigation.

Qualifications and experience needed:

• An ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-years attorney experience and have admission to the Pennsylvania Bar (essential). NJ/NY/DE bar admission are desirable extras for most firms.
• JD in a Biotechnology/Science related field.
• Strong writing, research, writing, analytical, and communication skills.
