You will be joining a boutique CPA firm, whose mission is creating a new-age firm, with no stressful culture, crazy hours, and lack of flexibility.

The Partners at the firm are all ex-Big Four, and started their own firm because they were tired of the demanding nature of public accounting firms, that didn’t reward people for their efforts.

You will carry out individual tax returns for High-Net-Worth individuals, without the 70 hours during tax season. If you want to work 60 hours here during tax season, you can do that, and you’ll be financially rewarded for it. You can work fully remotely or go into their Boston office as little or often as you like.

To be suitable for this position you will have experience preparing and reviewing individual tax returns at a large public accounting firm for 3 years.
