Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Operations to join our team. The Director of Operations will play a key role in driving productivity, sales, and revenue growth while ensuring the smooth operation of our real estate team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our operations, including budget management, sales performance tracking, agent management, marketing, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Increase Productivity and Sales: Develop and implement strategies to increase the productivity and sales performance of our real estate team.

2. Revenue Growth: Work closely with the leadership team to identify opportunities for revenue growth and implement effective strategies to achieve revenue targets.

3. Budget Management: Track budget allocations, monitor expenses, and ensure adherence to financial targets. Provide regular reports and analysis to the leadership team.

4. Oversee Team Members: Manage and support all team members, including real estate agents, the transaction coordinator, and the runner. Provide guidance, training, and resources to help them achieve their goals.

5. Goal Setting and Accountability: Assist each team member in setting clear and achievable goals. Conduct weekly accountability meetings to track progress and ensure everyone is on track to meet their goals.

6. Board and Brokerage Relations: Serve as a liaison between our real estate team and the board and brokerage. Represent our team's interests and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.

7. Preferred Lender and Insurance Agent Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with preferred lenders and insurance agents. Coordinate communication and ensure seamless collaboration to streamline the home buying process for clients.

8. Systems Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational systems, processes, and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Implement tools and resources to optimize workflow and track key performance metrics.

9. Assist in Planning and Executing Team Meetings: Collaborate with Troy Kerrn to plan and execute team meetings, ensuring that they are productive, informative, and aligned with the team's goals and objectives.

10. Oversee Marketing and Advertising: Oversee all marketing activities, including digital advertising, social media, and other promotional efforts. Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

11. Lead Generation: Identify, evaluate, and implement new lead sources to support business growth. Monitor lead conversion rates and optimize lead generation strategies.

12. Accountability: Establish clear performance metrics and accountability measures for all team members. Monitor performance, provide feedback, and implement corrective actions as necessary to drive results.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field (preferred).

- Proven track record of success in driving productivity, sales, and revenue growth.

- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and expense tracking.

- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

- Proficiency in real estate transaction coordination and contract management.

- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.

- Experience with CRM systems and other relevant technologies.

- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Experience managing marketing and advertising initiatives, including digital and social media campaigns.
